Quality of Life Enhancer™

Instructions:

  1. Enter your first and last name at the top of the form, in the space provided.

  2. In the first column enter a "Life Quality" that answers the question "What's more important in life than money?" For example, it could be something related to Being Healthy, Being Spiritual, Family Relationships, Having Fun, Serving Others, Relationships with Friends, Traveling, etc.

  3. In the second column indicate if the "Life Quality" is delegatable. In other words, can someone else do this activity for you?

  4. In the third column determine how many MORE hours per week you would like to spend on that particular "Life Quality" area. You may already be spending some time in the area you listed, but you would like to enhance it by spending even more time doing it.

  5. In the fourth column write three specific activities you can do this week that would improve or contribute to the realization of this specific area in your life. These activities will help you be on the path for improvement in this area of your life.

  6. When you finished your first "Life Quality" go to next row and continue until you have completely filled out this form.

  7. When you have completed the form with your answers, click on the bottom button at the end of the screen for a "Printer Friendly Version". You will then go to a new page that will include all your responses so you can review and print this for your records. Feel free to update this weekly or as often as you would like. Share this powerful exercise with others you think would benefit from the experience.
