Implementation Index

Implementation Index

Will you implement and take action on those activities required
to achieve your goals in the time-frame you would like?

Responding to the following 27 statements will give you insights about how to accelerate your results in achieving your goals. Meaningful results in life come from taking action. Just like thinking about exercise won't make you fit, it's actually you're ability to implement by taking action to increase physical activity that gets you the results. People often wonder what makes it hard for them to begin or complete certain activities and tasks. There are many factors which might play a role or serve to explain these difficulties. One of these factors is self-motivation. Self motivation is the ability and desire to reach goals and succeed, which is fueled by your own hopes or dreams, rather than those of somebody else. Completing this assessment will help you to find out whether you have this quality of self-motivation, and how strongly you possess it. By completing all items below, your score will drive some insightful "next steps" for you to make faster progress towards those things that matter most to you in life. Rate each item on a scale of 1-5 (1 is less true and 5 is more true). Select the answer that best represents your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. To obtain the greatest self-insight try to answer openly, honestly and with as much candor as possible. Choose how true each statement is for you.

Testimonials

I’ve sometimes thought of myself as not coachable – fits & starts on progress – but when I looked at where I’ve come, I can tell it works. This year, I’ve experienced over 50% growth – and with that growth came some confidence… confidence to finally go after what I know I should have done – we’ve added a flat-fee-only option to our offerings, and that’s ALL I’ll be targeting for 2014 and beyond. With that under our belts, I can foresee another 50% growth year for each of the next 2 years!

Mind over matter, right? Sometimes, that’s easier said than done. When we’re faced with a laundry list of to-dos and with not enough time in the day, it can be easier to distract ourselves and push things off to the next day. And when more items get added to our list, it becomes overwhelming, and we continue to procrastinate even more. A vicious cycle, but one that can be overcome. That’s the good news!
