Being Thankful and Grateful

November 26, 2020 by Anne Bachrach

How would you answer this question?  Are you a grateful person?
Are you thankful for the good things, big and small, in your life?
As quickly as time moves, technology advances, all the work deadlines and a long to-do list, and personal chores we have to do, it is sometimes too easy to forget all the things we are grateful for and all the gifts we receive every day. I’m talking about simple things like, the air we breathe, the health we have, and our friendships. There is always something to be thankful for, in my opinion.  I’m just as guilty as most of us and sometimes forget to focus on all the things that I’m grateful for, but I do try to be even more grateful each week and as time goes on.

Jim Rohn has a great quote. He said: “Learn to be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue all that you want.”

What are all the things you are grateful for?
At the end of the day, right before you go to sleep, think about all those things you are grateful for, and see how well you sleep.
I’m grateful for you and appreciate you.
Let me know how else I can be of service to you on your goal achievement journey, so you can have the kind of business and life you truly want and deserve.

Testimonials

I’ve sometimes thought of myself as not coachable – fits & starts on progress – but when I looked at where I’ve come, I can tell it works. This year, I’ve experienced over 50% growth – and with that growth came some confidence… confidence to finally go after what I know I should have done – we’ve added a flat-fee-only option to our offerings, and that’s ALL I’ll be targeting for 2014 and beyond. With that under our belts, I can foresee another 50% growth year for each of the next 2 years!

Mind over matter, right? Sometimes, that’s easier said than done. When we’re faced with a laundry list of to-dos and with not enough time in the day, it can be easier to distract ourselves and push things off to the next day. And when more items get added to our list, it becomes overwhelming, and we continue to procrastinate even more. A vicious cycle, but one that can be overcome. That’s the good news!
