Consider these scenarios:
  • You’re at a networking event and you meet a person who could become your next Ideal Client. What will determine whether or not you get the appointment? Your people skills.
  • An Ideal Client refers you to their best friend who could become your next Ideal Client. But they already do business with other technically skilled FAs. What will determine whether or not your follow up call leads to an appointment? Your people skills.
  • The initial client interview is all set. Both spouses are coming to your office with all their financial docs. They could become your next Ideal Client. What will determine whether or not you get hired? Your people skills.
  • Your best clients have programmed into their mobile phones the contact information for their friends, family, and colleagues. Some could become your next Ideal Clients. What will motivate your clients to refer you to these people? Your people skills.
  • Some of your best clients are still procrastinating to implement some of your advice, even though it’s in their best interest to do so. What will finally inspire them to take action? Your people skills.
  • Some of your best clients are still doing business and have assets with other FAs and institutions. They could consolidate all of their business with you. What will determine whether or not they do? Your people skills.

 
To thrive in this new world your people skills are the key to your success. The level of people skills that worked in the past will not be enough to guaranteed success in the future. And that’s what you’ll work on during this workshop.
